Friends of IREM Chapter 8
The Institute of Real Estate Management has been the source of
education and professional recognition for managers of all
property types for over 60 years. The Greater Metropolitan
Washington Chapter of IREM is comprised of over 300 site,
property, and asset managers of office buildings,
industrial projects, shopping centers, apart-ments and condominiums.
Chapter meetings are attended by the most important and
influential property managers and decision-makers in the area.
As a Friend of IREM, business sponsors are afforded the
opportunity of personally networking with property managers
at a chapter meeting or advertising their services in the
chapter directory which is used by all property professionals affiliated with the chapter.
Chapter 8 Friends of IREM receive the following benefits from subscription to the program:

- Encouraged to bring corporate material to each meeting for display
- Opportunity to present a 90-second informercial at one designated Chapter meeting (four company representatives can attend this meeting at the cost of the meeting)
