Regional Property Manager - Columbia, MD

Regional Property Manager - Columbia, MD First Potomac Realty Trust, one of the fastest growing companies in the Virginia/Maryland/DC metro area, seeks a leader with strong property management skills to direct operations and staff of a portfolio of business parks and industrial properties in our Columbia, MD office. Qualifications are demonstrated leadership skills, 10+ years in commercial property management, 5+ years supervisory experience, proven financial aptitude, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Timberline or equivalent, interest in working in a fast-paced, growing company, CPM or equivalent strongly preferred.
