Director of Property Management

Local full service real estate firm is in need of an accomplished hands-on leader to assume property management responsibilities for a mostly owned portfolio with some third-party management responsibilities.  Experience in managing commercial assets with extensive knowledge of all required services accompanied by a superior tenant service philosophy is essential.

Undergraduate degree and/or advanced degree are required.  CPM or RPA designation desired.

Excellent opportunity to work closely with committed owners to improve and expand property management operations.
